REQUIREMENTS/RULES
· All renters must be 18 years old or older and have a valid credit card in their name for damages.
· Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers under 18 years of age.
· Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during rental usage.
· Driver (renter) and passengers cannot switch seats.
· All renters must have a valid driver’s license, and a major credit card.
· Per US Boating regulations, all passengers must be able to reach the floorboards/runners.
· Rentals are inspected before and after rental period.
· Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs.
· High Sierra Adventure Rentals delivers the skis with a full gas tank. You will be responsible for either returning the ski with a full tank or pay for the fuel used at time of turn in. (On all half-day and full-day rentals only.)
· All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms. High Sierra Adventure Rentals, LLC reserves the right to deny rentals to persons not qualified or experienced enough for certain rentals.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIRED
· For reservations, a non-refundable deposit of the cost of your rental is required. This is done to guarantee the availability of your ski. Nothing is charged on the card until the day of the rental.
· If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must call by 7pm the night before your rental, or you will be charged.
· High Sierra Adventure Rentals welcomes last minute reservations/walk-ups, but reservations are recommended.
· For delivery of the Jet Ski, we ask that you call the day prior to your rental. At this time we will set up a delivery time/instructions, answer any questions and do a final check on accessories requested.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
· A $1,000 per watercraft deposit is required for each rental. This deposit can be done with a credit card prior to your rental. A full refund is given after inspection of ski by a High Sierra Adventure Rental staff member when your rental time is over. If damage occurs and machine cannot be rented until repairs are made, you will lose your deposit.
JET SKI RULES AND REGULATIONS
· As long as used safely, Jet Skis are a lot of fun, however there are a few strict regulations that may help guide your rental decisions. After receiving instruction you must SIGN AND CARRY A COPY OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT ON THE JET SKI AT ALL TIMES. IT’S THE LAW!! Please consult the California or Nevada boating laws at:
